7. Competitions and Prize Draw Rules

By participating in any Lost in Sound competitions, prize draws, or promotions (“Promotions”), you agree to the following terms:

  • Eligibility: Entry is open to anyone aged 18 years or over.

  • Exclusions: Employees of Lost in Sound and their immediate families, associated suppliers, partners, or companies related to the promotion are ineligible to enter.

  • Winner Selection: Winners will be drawn at random. Winners will be notified first via direct message and/or by email (using the contact details provided). If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the initial attempt, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner selected.

  • Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered within 14 days of confirming the winner’s details or earlier if arranged prior. Lost in Sound’s decision regarding prize winners and promotion outcomes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • Prize Terms: Prizes cannot be split, exchanged, refunded, or transferred. Any unused portion is forfeited and has no cash value.

  • Breach of Terms: Lost in Sound reserves the right to refuse entry or to cancel prizes for anyone in breach of these terms. Lost in Sound also reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

  • Use of Personal Information: Personal information collected through promotions will be used to administer the competition and may also be used for marketing purposes.

  • Marketing Consent: By entering a promotion, entrants agree to receive promotional material from Lost in Sound.
